Do you need some help?

I think we can all agree, one of the toughest times for women on their own is going through a health crisis. Aside from needing someone to attend to your medical needs, there is so many things that need to get done while you are out of commission.

You may be lucky enough to have close family members or a loved one who can dedicate his or her days to helping you through this, but for many solo women, we need to rely on our friends.  However, a friendship can go so far, after a few days most of your buddies will need to tend to their own lives, which can leave you without the proper care or assistance you may require.

While I am a registered nurse for many years, I also understand that actual medical care may be just one portion of your daily needs, which is why I offer my services differently than a formal home care agency might.

I know that aside from wound care or pain management, you might need to have help with all the little things around the house, tasks that an RN is not expected or required to do. That's what I enjoy doing!

That's why I like to think of myself as more than your nurse, but your nurse "friend." By offering my services independently, I'm able to vary the time frames and the costs of the non-medical tasks, which I know,  may matter a great deal in these difficult times.

Aside from formal nursing duties,
I am also happy to:

Set up a comfy, workable recovery area in your home.
Shop for your groceries and other necessities.
Cook your meals
Walk and care for your cat or dog.
Do dishes and clean up around the house.
Answer the phone & screen calls if you're tired.
Help you with your paperwork.
Run errands.
Sit and chat.
Keep quiet and let you sleep.

If there is anything else you need, just ask. I'm happy to oblige if I can.

If this sounds like something you would like at this crucial time,
please feel free to email me at:

Just tell me your situation and New Jersey location.
I'm sure we can work out something within your budget.

Your nurse friend,

Suzanne
